How Long is the Tour?
Public tours average 3 hours. Private tours can be curated to your needs, but typically range from 2-3.5 hours

Is there a lot of walking??
We cover about 1 mile of light walking with frequent stops along the way

What happens if the weather is bad?
All tastings take place inside. Tours run rain or shine. We recommend dressing appropriately for the weather for the short walks between stops. In the case of extreme inclement weather, we may cancel the tour and offer the option to transfer your ticket to another available date or full refund

Is alcohol included?
Alcohol is not included in the price of the tour, but may be purchased at many of our stops if you are of legal age

Can I take my alcoholic beverage with me?
Yes! Grand Rapids has a social district which allows you to walk around with your beverage. However, outside beverages are not allowed to be taken into restaurants so you will have to finish/dispose of it before our next stop.

What if I have food allergies?
At this time we cannot accomodate food allergies on our public tours, but woudld be happy to customize a private tour. Contact kate@tasteofgr.net for more details

Will I be able to use the restroom?
Yes, all of our stops have public restrooms

What is your cancellation Policy
We offer ticket transfers, credits and full refunds up until 72 hours prior to the tour

Do the tour guides accept gratuity?
Tips are not required, but always appreciated. The standard gratuity in the service industry is 15%-20%
